At Premiumepremium, we strive to provide excellent gift wrapping and handmade gift services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for our services.

Service Nature

Please note that gift wrapping is a service provided for items you already own. Since we wrap your personal items, traditional "returns" do not apply in the same way as product purchases. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our work.

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our gift wrapping service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wrapped item. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include:

  • Re-wrapping the item at no additional charge
  • Providing a partial refund if the service does not meet the agreed specifications
  • Working with you to find a satisfactory solution

Handmade Gift Items

For handmade gift items purchased directly from us:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made after work has begun may not be eligible for a full refund, but we will work with you to find a fair solution

Damage During Service

While we take every precaution to handle your items with care, if any damage occurs to your item during our wrapping service, we will:

  • Assess the extent of the damage
  • Provide compensation or replacement as appropriate
  • Work with you to resolve the matter fairly and promptly

Please note that we are not responsible for damage to items that were already damaged or fragile beyond normal handling, unless we are notified in advance.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Special Orders and Custom Work

Custom wrapping designs, special material requests, and personalized handmade items are created specifically for you. These orders may have different return policies, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
